Gemma Bunting is Client Support Manager for Informa Telecoms & Media’s Industry Research division. She is the primary point of contact for all client support queries from subscribers to ITM Research’s premium products, WCIS, WBIS the Intelligence Centres, forming an invaluable connection between ITM Research’s clients and the analysts behind Informa’s data and analysis.
Gemma joined Informa Telecoms & Media in 2004 as a Researcher covering the Russian and CIS telecoms markets. She progressed to Senior Analyst, becoming an expert in the Russian and CIS telecoms market. In 2011, she moved on to manage client support, utilising her 6 years experience in the telecoms industry.
Gemma holds a BA honours degree in Russian and Central and Eastern European Area studies from Durham University.
