Júlio Püschel is Principal Analyst, Head of Mobile Operator Strategy at Informa Telecoms & Media. Júlio has more than 8 years’ experience covering the ICT market in different roles and verticals. Julio’s areas of expertise are mobile broadband, off-loading strategies, customer loyalty and experience management, wholesale, operators’ innovation, telecom regulations and Latin America telecom strategies.
Júlio joined Informa Telecoms & Media from the Yankee Group, where he was responsible for Latin America’s research and consulting. Prior to this position, he was BSS/OSS product manager for Convergys Latin America. He is often quoted in media and is a frequent speaker and chairman of most important Telecom conferences in Latin America.
Júlio holds a bachelor and a Master in Sciences degree in Marketing from Universidade de São Paulo and frequently work on independent academic research on mobile services diffusion.
