Kris is a Principal Analyst with Informa Telecoms & Media and heads up the Networks research program and analyst team. His main areas of expertise include vendor strategy, managed service and customer experience management although he tracks and comments on ICT topics as varied as Big Data and network sharing. Kris is actively involved in Informa’s consulting business and works on projects with a wide range of clients. He is also a frequent public speaker and industry commentator and has served as a GSMA Global Mobile Awards judge.

Kris’s team provides strategic advice to ICT clients across a broad range of topics, including Next-Generation Networks, SDN, LTE, Wi-Fi, OSS/BSS, SaaS, managed services, CEM and other emerging technologies and business models.

Kris has 20 years experience in the telecoms sector as an analyst, journalist and research manager, including most recently a variety of roles with Informa Telecoms & Media and before that with Ovum and the Financial Times Group.
