Milena is a Financial Analyst. In this role, she is the primary point of contact for the company’s financial data analysis. She ensures that all financial data sets are well researched, analysed, and presented within the WCIS , WBIS and IC offerings. Milena is also involved in new product development as well as the enhancement of current products that contain financial metrics. She provides analysis across a range of industry segments and subject areas in response to changing market dynamics. She also works alongside the forecasting team in the production of financial metric forecasts.
Prior to joining Informa, Milena worked for over four years for the financial data subsidiary of Tullett Prebon, one of the world’s largest inter-dealer brokers. She started at Tullett Prebon as a data quality analyst, monitoring and analysing over-the-counter derivatives. After two years she progressed to the role of sales and product support manager within the front office sales team. Here she assisted the team with her product expertise whilst performing market research and participating in new product development. Milena started her career in financial services when she joined Financial Times Interactive Data in 2005, a financial services provider in the City of London. Here she developed a solid knowledge of exchange-traded products and gained customer relationship experience.
Milena holds a 5-year Masters degree in Economics and Finance from VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, in the Czech Republic. She successfully progressed through the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, completing all three exams on the first attempt in three consecutive years. She holds a CFA charter and is also a member of CFA Society UK.
